Local Pick-up Not clearing after 5 day
I had a customer pick up a couple of orders 5 days ago. One of the transactions had options for shipping as well as local pick-up, the customer selected local pick-up. When the customer collected his orders, they all cleared except the one that had other shipping options. I contacted eBay and they said that it could take 24 hours to clear. I called again and then they said it would clear in 72 hours. It has been over 96 hours and it still has not cleared. Now I have another local pick-up that will not clear. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

·9 months agoYes, I have a pickup that has been "Ready to Ship" for a month now, and it was picked up the say after it was sold. I called eBay support (that took a few hours and fancy footwork) a week later and they said, "It would clear up in the next few days". That was three weeks ago. There is obviously a bug in the eBay automation software.
