·8 months agoIf this is about the label your purchased to ship the sword you sold, it’s very possible that the package was considered irregular and/or required special handling.

OP8 months agoEBay states I owe $5.42 additional shipping; USPS states I don't owe them anything. Who is correct????

If you ordered your label on eBay, USPS won't know what you paid. If you bought on USPS... eBay won't know what you paid.
What does your financial info say about the transaction? It should show the shipping that you earned/used.

Sorry, but this isn't a place to request a live agent. But... there are many here that might have knowledge of the issue and how to tackle it on your own. Would you like to expand?

We're just buyers and sellers here. Nobody is 'in' with eBay.
Have you possibly purchased extra labels that you need to Void? Has the calculator charged more upon purchase since the price you showed while listing? Have you sent a package and the buyer received with insufficient postage?
^^ That's what I meant by 'expand'. Maybe one of us non-employees have had the same issue and can help. What's yours?

·8 months agoPlease explain the issues you are having and we can try and help. You are not contacting eBay employees here in the community forums, we are other buyers and sellers with years of experience. No one here can see what is going on with any postage charges you are disputing nor what you bought.
You chose mtgraves7984 post as a solution to your problem which essentially shut this string down.

We haven't been granted any authority by ebay to summon personnel, or to see your transactions. Also posting personal information, whether yours or someone else's is not allowed. Looks like a moderator has already edited this thread.
