Late shipment rate 0.61%
Just seen I have got a "Late shipment rate 0.61%"
How do I find out which order I shipped late, all my items are sent tracked and tracking is uploaded on time once the item has been collected and scanned.

Go to your Seller Hub
Hover over the Performance Tab, on the drop down menu select Seller Level
You will see the screen below. Click on the arrow to the far right of Late Shipments. The click on Get FULL Report.
That will give you all the information you seek.

·3 weeks agoGo to your sellers hub. In the "Seller Level" click on the title . That will take you to another screen. Click on the down arrow under your late shipment area. You should then see a list of those that were shipped after your handling time.

OP3 weeks agoHi, thanks for that, I found the item that says it was shipped late.
Ebay says it was shipped "Shipped Carrier scan Jun 12"
When I check my paperwork and the carrier pick scan it shows it was collected and scanned "Item Collected Wednesday 10 June 2026 @ 08:58

·3 weeks ago · EditedTry this link:
https://www.ebay.com/sd/reports/shipping?filter=program:US,evaluationType:ESTIMATED_FUTURE
You can find that report in the seller hub dashboard – go to your performance tab then scroll down to late shipments then hit the link for full report.

OP3 weeks agoI apealed it and got refused because a Collection is not counted as shipped, so the post office can collect an item, stand on my doorstep and scan that item, put the item in the mail track and drive away but that does not count as being shipped.

·3 weeks agoYes. Just like so many things on ebay it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
But I would not worry about that kind of late shipment number. It has no effect on your selling. And no one sees it. Only you.
Of my 5 "late" shipment items, 4 occurred on the day we had a 2 foot snow storm. Even the post office was closed. I did not appeal because it wasn't anything to worry about. It will drop off in the near future and didn't affect my sellling.
Just keep doing what you are doing well.

OP3 weeks agoBased on the agents gospel as I have all my items collected and scanned on the doorstep and the tracking updates online within 30 seconds my late shipment rate should be 100%, the only way I can stop it is shipping orders before buyers even know they want them, the system is telling lies about me, where do they get trained, I think I am getting too old for all this non intelligence.

·3 weeks agoWhile we all hate to see things like this that make us look bad and it's not our fault, it really has no effect on your status with ebay or even with buyers. NO ONE sees this data but you. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will eventually drop off and return to 100%. (or zero% for this data point).

You have posted your question on eBay's U.S. based site's community, and we do not know what postal services you use, or how they work in terms of having acceptance scans. So you may want to repost this topic on your home site's community www.ebay.co.uk
From what you wrote about the tracking number not being posted until an item is picked up it sounds like you are not purchasing postage through ebay. In the U.S. when we create a shipping label purchased through ebay its tracking number is automatically uploaded and unless a carrier or P.O. does not scan it as accepted, the date it gets into the service's hands it is updated.
Since you have a lot of sales and your late rate is .61% it seems that only one item was late getting an acceptance scan. The only way you could find out which one it was, would be to start going through all of your last months shipments and run each tracking number through the shipper's site to see the date the label was created and the date it received an acceptance scan.

OP3 weeks agoHi I thought it would be correct to post the problem on ebay.com because I have a ZERO 0.00% late shipment rate on ebay.co.uk so I had a hunch the problem may be on ebay.com as my co.uk is perfect, I use the same user name and password on both sites and my feedback is exactly the same on both sites and I can see my listing on both sites.
As I am in the UK when I click buy a label there is not and never have been any services to ship to the US.
