Label print window not coming up....
Anyone else having this issue? When I purchase a label, ebay would normally pop up a print window to print the label. Today, no pop-up. I am getting an email now with a qr code. Did ebay change something or is my pc wonky?

Debe hacer clic en la etiqueta en la solicitud de devolución para que aparezca la pantalla de impresión.
En el futuro es mejor comenzar tu propio hilo en lugar de utilizar uno de hace 2 años.

·2 years agoI've been trying all evening. to get a return label, and when you go to click confirm. return. it won't highlight. don't know what to do. brier

·2 years agoYour question is about a separate issue so to avoid confusion and your problem getting lost it's generally better to start your own discussion @ladygirl6002 .
Most common issues that cause what you're describing:
If you're opening a return that requires comments, make sure you manually type something in the comments box not just copy/paste, and if you're opening a return that requires a photo upload, make sure to upload the photo. If that doesn't solve your problem then I suggest starting a new discussion on the Returns forum through the menu navigation at the top of the page and to get the best assistance please provide details and/or screenshots that block out personal info. 🙂

As mentioned above, things went a bit wonky today with some eBay changes creating some chaos with shipping labels. I'm providing info on both reprinting and voiding labels so sellers can take the appropriate steps to get their shipping sorted.
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

·2 years agoMy sister (also an ebay seller) had the exact same issue about 2.5 hours ago (i was on the phone with her at the time). She had to click 'Print Label' several times before the actual label came up.

OP2 years agoFound the problem. If you scroll down, there is a "Shipping Label Format" selection. Choices are Printable and QR Code. Mine was on QR code for some strange reason. Click printable and the window comes up now.

·2 years agoWe were having the same problem with the first few we were printing out today. Was wondering why it wasn't printing out the receipt for us along with the mailing label. Thank you powersteeringseals for posting your find 🙂 Big help!

OP2 years agoI just tried a different browser (Firefox vs Chrome) and it did the same thing.
