Ive sold these shoes and in the description i stated theres no original box but the buyer wants box
He's already payed for the shoes. In the description I stated that there is no box and now he wants the box when I'm about to drop the shoes off at the department with no shoe box. The shoes are packaged with cardboard into a box, protected but no original shoe box. What happens now? He already payed and I stated there's no box but he already purchased it and is asking about the box.

·2 years agoAdvise the buyer you never had the box and ask if they would like to cancel the sale.
NEVER show anything in your photos the buyer in not going to receive.

·2 years agoYou have to make it REALLY CLEAR in the title and description that there is no box. ESPECIALLY when you have a New Balance box in the corner of the pictures.
We are in a society nowadays that doesn't seem to read. Only looks at pictures.
Just send a message to them that there is no box (as mentioned in the item description) and let them know you will be happy to cancel the order if they wish.

·2 years agoTell the buyer that per the listing description you do not have the original shoe box and you are happy to cancel the order if they're not satisfied without the box. Give them a deadline to respond based on your handling time and when you need to ship.
