Items not received
I ordered RWD brake pads and rotor I didn’t receive the item when messaging the seller they said to contact FedEx when contacting FedEx they said that it was delivered to the address when it wasn’t. I provide the picture FedEx provided. And a picture of my door step clearly it’s two different one who speaking to a lot of the people they assured me I would get a refund due to it obvious I didn’t receive the package. They said to wait 5 days for the seller to respond they said they couldn’t do anything due to FedEx saying it was delivered even though I provided picture of my door. When speaking to someone about eBay money back guarantee they told me they couldn’t do anything due to FedEx saying it was delivered even though I sent a picture of my address with my apartment and still going the case denied and when appealed for it I and got denied again they
pretty told me to suck it up and take the lost. I’m upset I didn’t receive the package I provided evidence of my door step and what FedEx provided. What do I do I know if I take this to court I’d spend more money on it that what I spent. Please help. I have the pictures.

a) If your address is attached to that tracking number, confirming this was a misdelivery by FedEx?
b) If your address is not attached to that tracking number, and this is the "same zip code scam"?
You need to find out which applies because both situations are handled differently.
