Item went to Carol Stream, IL and stuck there since Aug. 11th
I shipped an item to a buyer in Canada. It went to Carol Stream, Il where it's been since August 11th. When I click on the actual tracking number in USPS it says Delivered, Left with individual Glendale Heights, Il. and signed for by ebay. There's no other information and my buyer hasn't received anything.

·3 years agoHey @jillsconsignment , many sellers and buyers have reported that packages shipped through eBay International Shipping are sitting for a couple weeks before moving. The bottom line for you as a seller is the package was delivered to the eIS hub so your job is done.
Eventually the hub will generate the international label and forward the package to the buyer. If for any reason there's a problem with delivery, eIS will cover refunds owed to buyer.
It's probably well within the estimated delivery window. No need to babysit the tracking. If your buyer asks about it just explain the process and that the hub has been slightly backed up lately.
