Item sold/shipped on 3rd, yet eBay marked shipped on 2nd....
Admittedly I tend to ignore the posts on this forum about the shipping date being off on eBay, since I only focus on the estimated date of arrival.
Yesterday, March 3rd, I sold an item.
Buyer purchased and paid on March 3rd.
I shipped same day, on March 3rd.
March 3rd was a Friday.
Yesterday was March 3rd.
Today I noticed on my orders page that it says, shipped March 2nd.
Shipped on Mar 2

·3 years agoNot as good as yours, and not eBay, but it must be catchy.
This is sort of a reverse.
at 5:08 I captured this one.
I am in the same time zone, but the label shows created nearly a hour "after" me seeing it, and is estimated on the site where purchase to take 10 days to arrive by Priority mail.

·3 years agoI can say with certainty that international tracking is rife with weird sequences in tracking, where the program keeps entries in order of time on the 24 hour clock at each LOCAL scan location. So, when read in order, you can actually have an entry where the item shows finally arrived in the US, but next in order, arriving in Germany , then in transit to my house. Wacky.

·3 years ago@stainlessenginecovers interesting concept ... eBay's times are typically Pacific time

OP3 years agoYes, interesting concept but this was domestic. Only going two states over and estimated date of arrival is March 7th....

·3 years agoNot many sellers can boast of being able to bend space and time to ship an order.
I've heard of next day shipping, but never yesterday shipping today.
I'd love to write the feedback for this one...
" GREAT seller, fast shipping! I'm already looking forward to placing another order last week!!"

·3 years ago@lamber9347 The other thing I thought of is that this gives you a "credit" towards a future late shipping defect ... you cash in the credit shipment and a defect goes away ... this could be a new test program eBay instituted recently on select accounts ... keep an eye on your Seller metrics on your Dashboard ...

·3 years agoThursday night/Friday morning is eBay "maintenance" ( create a glitch) day.
Anything can happen when you are close to that 🙂

·3 years agoDarn it, I wanted it to be the Delorean scenario...........

·3 years agoWhen you shipped the item, did you take it to the PO in your Delorean and drive over 88 miles an hour?
