Item says Seller doesn't ship to me
I want to purchase an item but when I go to checkout it says the buyer does not ship to my area (VA, United States). In their shipping description it says they do ship to United States (they are in TN) Any suggestions?

·5 months agoWhat is the item you are trying to purchase? There is a chance that the item you are attempting purchase isn't allowed to be shipped to your area.

OP5 months agoIt’s a small replacement board game piece. I’m sure that is legal to send to me. Seller checking on issue. Thanks

·5 months agoeBay awkwardly says the seller doesn't ship to your state when they have not designated a method of shipping (for example, USPS Ground Advantage) and a price for shipping. The seller needs to revisit the listing and make revisions to it. Then you'll be able to purchase it.
If the seller doesn't know how to do that, they can come here for guidance on how to complete the shipping components to the listing.
