Item returned my USPS-No Number but I canâ€™t get a response from the buyer | Shipping

I shipped an item and ended up getting it returned to me saying no number by USPS. I have messaged the buyer a couple times and no response. Not sure what to do? I donâ€™t want to have any dings or marks against my account, I have never had this happen. Also I ship from home through Pirate Ship. So any help I would appreciate it. Thanks
