I recently enabled free 30 day returns on all of my items and have a theoretical scenario to play out in case it happens down the road... I have it set up to where all of my returns go to my USPS PO Box. But let's say a buyer buys one of my items and chooses UPS as the carrier. They get the item and decide to open a return request. Now, since I have free returns turned on, eBay automatically accepts the return and sends them a prepaid shipping label. My question: If UPS was the original carrier, will the return be sent back to me via UPS? If so, then the box will be rejected at my USPS PO Box. And if that's the case, is there a way for me to change a setting in my eBay account to force all returns to go through USPS so I can have them delivered to my PO Box?
