item not received refund
Why do I have to refund the buyer after I ship an item and the USPS never scans the item into their system and 4 weeks later I refund my buyer and then 2 weeks after that the item is finally delivered. Will eBay ever handle anything important for us sellers like contacting the USPS and telling them to do their job

·2 years agoThe USPS came before eBay... eBay has an agreement with the USPS kinda with those eBay standard envelopes.
Using them...something gets lost I guess eBay refunds you eventually.
I don't use them...I am going on my second year without losing anything in the mail and no refunds for lost items in the mail. My business plan is "repeat buyers". My buyers want their item in 3-4 days cross country and it happens without using those. I do use tracking for expensive items...certified...tracking of items seem to take a long time these days.
You got to wonder how many "repeat buyers" you lost because your items can sometimes take a long time to get to the buyer using those eBay envelopes. You kinda sell the same items so I am hoping half your sales...actually 50 % of your sales should be repeat buyers due to selling kinda same items.
