Item arrived at hub, but still no update after 1 week
I would like to know if anyone knows how much is the average delay when it reaches this state, since it has been like this since April 3 and still not updated, the estimated date is between April 18 and May 1, should I worry or is it normal?

OP2 years agoI'm referring to eBay International Shipping hub, and the shipping is a cell phone is nothing big, but I'm more relaxed then, thank you very much 😄

As long as your item has been confirmed received at the eBay International Shipping hub, it becomes the responsibility of eBay -- and not you.
If the buyer opens up an "item not received" case, that is on eBay -- not you -- and eBay will not refund the buyer from your account.
So time to stop worrying about things that are no longer your problem.

Are you talking about the eBay International Shipping hub, or a non-eBay shipping hub?
The difference is important.

·2 years agoIf you are referring to an EIS hub, then no worries as I have seen the same on my sales using eBay International Shipping.
The only date that means anything is that May 1st date. Should be there by then.

·2 years agoUsually when an item goes from one country to another...there will be a void period between countries of where item is.
Very normal from USA to Colombia. Since it states May 1st...I wouldn't worry yet.
Which hub is it? "freight forward" is not a hub of sorts.
And because I see Florida to Colombia...is this going "freight forward"?
