The above subject line is the error message I have been getting for the past two days when I try to buy my shipping label for a sale I made going to Guam. I don't believe the destination had anything to do with it, but who knows. I contacted Ebay "help" twice yesterday the first time via phone and the second time via live chat. I sent then a screenshot of this error message. This message appears in a red rectangular box toward the top of the screen. If anyone can help me with why I am getting this message, please advise.Thanks,
