I just got a Dear seller notice from them that it was past time to ship my item to the buyer, well I had to dig thru a couple layers (ebay did not connect the dots) AND found the order in question, now keep in mind here that today is 3/18/2023....well fedex tracking shows it was delivered 3/3/2023!!!

·3 years agoWas tracking attached to the order on eBay? I've gotten those notices when the API between my shipping provider and eBay failed and tracking wasn't tied to the transaction as it should have been so eBay's system didn't know I shipped.
If the order did have tracking attached, then this is an obvious error and you should check your seller dashboard to see if the item erroneously appears in the late shipping section.

me to mark "as shipped"
Another glitch? Been going on for some time.
Right now I have a red "1" in my to ship orders. That tells me I have a late order to ship. When I click on the red one I have zero orders to ship.
Been there for 2 or 3 days and I assume I'll be getting dinged for a late order
that does not exist.
