It is time that eBay make editing shipping as easy as editing prices in list view of active listings
I have a hard time believing that a flat rate shipper such as myself has to edit shipping manually every time there's a price increase! Not to mention the bulk editing feature is really lacking when it comes to attempting to do it this way. So, I have one type of item that weighs a pound, I have books and manuals, and I have heavy stuff. I wanted to raise the base rate after the price increased and when I attempted to bulk edit, not only did I have to raise prices down the line, I then had to resubmit the shipping method (carrier and service) for all the listings edited this way. On top of that, all of my multi-quantity items defaulted to base price + base price!!! Really??? We have basically had to manually edit shipping on 3500 items to get it straightened out.
How easy would it be to add the edit feature in the active listings list view and allow us to edit shipping costs the same way we can for prices and quantity!? I suggested this years ago (of course eBay has a "we do not take suggestions, company policy) but come on...

·7 months agoAnybody with more than 200 listings should be using business policies. That's how you manage things like this.
3.5k listings without policies is painful to witness.

Set up a policy for each flat rate, then you just update the policy as needed.
