ISRAEL POST OFFICE
There are so many victims who send via Israel Post in the three months and eBay fails to see that the shipment has been sent and punishes the sellers with a low score and even a delay. And not only are we the sellers not to blame for this, but eBay has decided to punish us, even though they show eBay through the 17track.net website that the shipments were sent on time and are documented, and only with eBay it is not documented, and not only do they accuse us of a low rating and a delay, but also the customers give negative feedback because they do not see the tracking number and eBay is not willing to remove the negative feedback and say that we will contact Israel Post. I am discouraged and after 15 years on eBay and because of the defect that is not our fault, I am about to retire.

If the package is being delivered to the USA, then you need to use a shipping service that is integrated with eBay, and tracked within the USA, so that eBay can recognize the tracking number.
Not all shipping services from the post office are integrated. If the package is being delivered to the USA, then the service has tracked within the USA. Many export sellers try to use Registered Mail for example, which may be considered "tracked" in some other countries, but it is not tracked within the USA. So it is not integrated, and eBay can't automatically get the tracking status for it.

OP1 year agoThis is really not the point, I have been selling on eBay for 15 years and there were no problems with any shipment through Israel Post, until they decided in the last three months to change the tracking of shipments (meaning Israel Post) and since then there have been problems with scanning the tracking. This should not be our problem, it should be synchronized between Israel Post and eBay as it has been until now. It is impossible for the 17track website to identify all shipments, and the eBay website with its huge system will not be able to scan the data from Israel Post.

·1 year agoIt is your problem because you're the one that decided to ship with them.
If Israel Post changed how they do things, it's not Ebays fault.

·1 year ago"Sent on time and documented" is not as important as tracking that shows delivery. If that isn't available, sellers will be doing a lot of refunding for item not received.
