Is there an issue with receiving emails for QR code shipping labels on Thursday, March 19, 2026?
Is there an issue with receiving emails for QR code shipping labels on Thursday, March 19, 2026? I tried shipping two different items using the QR code method. The 1st item email QR code arrived 9 minutes after receiving the shipping payment email. For the 2nd shipment, I received the payment email at 9:16 pm ET, and have still not received the QR code email for this item. It's been an hour and still no email from eBay for the QR code. And no, it's not in my spam or junk mail. The QR code email and payment emails always come in tandem like clockwork and today they are not. And yes, I can download the QR code or cancel the label and physically print it. This defeats the whole premise of using the QR code. This has never happened to me before with using the QR code method. It there a global issue with eBay sending the emails for QR codes or is it something else. Is eBay aware of this outage, and if so, has it been communicated to sellers?
