Is it possible to offer fixed USA shipping with EIS? Listing tool says yes, listing says no
As the title says, I want to offer a fixed shipping cost to all USA locations, but also offer international shipping via EIS (so that I ship to a USA address to get it to them). I was told that not specifying international shipping in the listing means that the listing is automatically applicable for EIS, however it isn't showing up anywhere other than ebay.com and my international buyers are telling me they can't find the listing. I've confirmed I'm in the EIS program via my account shipping settings.
Is it how I'm offering fixed USA shipping? The only way I could figure out how to offer a fixed shipping cost is to use a shipping policy using a domestic shipping rate table. The International sections in the shipping rate table are empty...

·3 years agoAs for using eBay International Shipping, eBay will decide what shipping will be used to their shipping center. You can list a Flat Rate Shipping for the US but eBay will provide you with the shipping label to get it to them and after they receive the item and process it they will bill you for the shipping fees. I usually get my bill about three weeks after I sent them the shipment.
You can add a handling Fee for the US shipping and eBay will charge the buyer this amount.
