is ebay double dipping shipping?
buyer purchased two items. i combined both & they're both shipping in one box. label was 17.98. i reviewed the order. ebay deducted 17.98 from the first. they also deducted the same amount for the 2nd order.
how can they charge twice for the same label. it's one label with two orders in the box. it's not two order shipping separately. that's double dipping shipping!

·3 years agoIf the tracking numbers are the same, and there are "2" shipping transactions in your history (I assume you are shipping with your available funds) for this item...then somehow you were charged twice
IF they are different (which is hard to do based on your timeline of combining) then you clicked twice somehow
either way...something is awry and the answer is in your transaction page (history)

each label purchased through eBay will be shown there
It will reference the order # it was purchased for, and include the tracking #

What was the item, or item number so we might give you a better idea what is happening (and no, they are NOT double dipping shipping as I've had 'multiple items purchased by buyers for 12 years, about 2000 items a year, and NEVER has the 'shipping' been 'double dipped'.
