IS ANYONE EXPERIENCING THE INABILITY TO GENERATE EBAY SHIPPING LABELS THIS PAST WEEK??

I HAVE SEVERAL ORDERS TO SHIP AND NO LABELS!! LOCAL TECH SAYS THE PROBLEM LIES WITH EBAY. SURE WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER OR LOSE CUSTOMERS AND SALES BESIDES!!

There was a bit of an issue yesterday for us with label creation, and after trying again a few times the label was finally able to be created.

Have you tried again to create the labels? If you do get an error, try again a few times.

Often when these situations occur, they are corrected in a very short time.

I printed a label this morning without too much trouble, but I did notice that after making payment, the label pop-up did not appear automatically. I had to click the Print Label button to get it to appear for printing.
