invoice for combined shipping for items paid for
Customer bought 2 items & wants combined shipping which is fine but wants me to send invoice. All the invoice I get via EBay ( including not returning phone calls) but how do I do this

·2 years agoIf the buyer has already paid, it is too late to adjust the shipping amount. Best you can do is a partial refund or cancel the transactions and relist and have buyer not pay until your send them a combined invoice.
