international shipping package
I shipped an international package on 6.18.24 a Clover Canyon Top. I tracked it to the Ebay international shipping center. The final destination is in Canada, I just got an email today 7.8.24 from the buyer in Canada, she received a Baseball card in a package???!!!! not the women's top that I mailed to her. How do I find the correct package that got mixed up at the ebay international hub, with the baseball card item? Please help

·2 years agoUnfortunately there is no way to locate the original package. Since you have confirmation the eBay International Shipping (eIS) hub took possession, you are covered by seller protections. Your buyer should open a return request for receiving the wrong item and eBay will take over, providing a return shipping label so the buyer can send it back to the eIS hub. eBay will refund the buyer and you will keep the sale. You will also be protected from neg feedback.
