international shipping label QR code

I am having so much trouble trying to download a digital code from a recent transaction where I purchased the label for an international shipping, but can not access the code so the post office can print a shipping label but it already generated a tracking number

I called ebay but they dont want to regenerate a new label, all I can think to do is cancel the whole order and hope they still want it enough to go threw all of this again >.<

any suggestions??

If within 24 hours, reprint/resend the code, otherwise, void the postage and try creating a new one.
