International Shipping from US - New Zealand. I've got three different Estimated Delivery Dates? | Shipping

Hi allI bought a pair of shoes from an American seller in Jan 24th this year. Paid for it via PayPal which included the Courier & Customs clearance as expected, all good. Estimated Delivery Date was 28 February when transaction was processed (this was via the eBay app).I've just checked my App and it's still saying 28th February for Delivery (which is all good).I then logged onto the .com website & under my order within the Shipping, Returns & Payments tab I now have an Estimated Delivery Date of 23rd - 31st of MARCH!!! THEN today I receive an email from eBay with the header "The estimated delivery date of 31/01/2023" has passed and I have 30 days to claim a refund!! What one do I work from? The package is still in transit to NZ and I can appreciated that Delivery dates are just an estimate, but I'm getting confused as to why I'm getting the Request a Refund from eBay. Maybe it's 30 days from when the Seller shipped it rather than the Estimated Delivery Date? Any help is appreciated!!
