International shipping
I am a newbie . If I allow international shipping does ebay take care of the cost or is the excess cost of going out of the country on me? I listed some figurines and the buyer is in China. They bought 3 and want me to combine shipping. When the zip code shows up and I change the location to international the cost s really high. I'm confused. Does EBay's Global Shipping take care of the excess cost?
