International shipping
Sent an item using eBay global shipping, went to its hub in the U.S. without a hitch, now the changed tracking number in Europe has the package in the wrong country going out for delivery returning to warehouse stating undeliverable then starts showing tracking movement again with mention of its new locations.
I asked the virtual assistant from the European shipper for information entered the tracking number and all I get is that the number isn’t in there system yet? But I’m still getting the scans saying it’s on its way.
The delivery went to France and was supposed to go to Germany.

·8 months agoYou are covered under eBays global shipping program. If its already been through the US hub and is now international, there is nothing you can do but wait. According to the program policy, if its returned or undeliverable, then it gets sent back to the US hub, buyer will be refunded by eBay, you wont receive the item back.
