International Shipping

I have been having problems with my international shipping. I tales to an ebay customer service and they said that I had everything correct but I have a customer in Canada that wants to purchase from me and I've Lready had to cancel one order from them because of the shipping cost a day now It looks like I will have to again. I don't want to have upset customers so please someone tell me what my problem could be ?

Can you provide the item number for the order you cancelled?

What type of international shipping service do you want to offer?

I looked at one of your active listings and it had direct shipping with USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope to Canada for $7.90 which is well below what it would cost to use that service (approx $30). @fishingcreekrocksgeodes
