International shipping
I'm opted in to the 'eBay International Shipping program', so send packages for overseas buyers to a U.S. hub. However, I just received an offer from a potential buyer in France and the 'ships to' address is French, not one of the U.S. hub addresses. How shall I advise my buyer. Do they need to select something specific on their end when making on Offer? I'd be happy to accept their offer, but only if it goes through the eBay International Shipping program. Help! TIA 🙂

·3 years agoOffers will not show you the actual shipping address @the-gem-garden , just the city/state/zip or city/country/postal code.
The turkey pin is set up with eIS to France. If you want us to check a specific listing let us know what it is. But I don't think there's an issue here. When buyer checks out, their address in France goes to eBay but eBay will send you the US hub address.

·3 years agoThe shipping address is not a hub in the USA? Is the shipping address in French to France? A little confusing.
I usually check my emails in my "inbox" of the correct address to mail it to...not on eBay first but second to confirm the correct address. The Payment gives the correct address through an email in box on your computer or iPhone emails.
I have had buyers where their address is in Chinese and I have to ask for their address in English as well.
If the address is a hub in the USA then that is where it goes.

I don't believe the 'shipping method' is displayed on an offer.....
Just the country and username......We don't see that until it is Paid (i think)

·3 years agoSeller is wondering where package might be going...USA shipping hub and then France or just France under the EIS shipping.
Package may but I am assuming to a USA hub then to France with a France address.
Seller is wondering on the EIS shipping where package might sit for weeks in a USA hub before heading to France.
It really depends how the item was set up for shipping before or after EIS shipping.

·3 years agoI checked one of your items (Roy Rogers) and it was properly configured for ebay International to France.
I suspect when the offer is made it will show the country of origin of the buyer, but will still ship EiS
