International Shipping
Just listed a few items. I want to allow International Shipping but the listing does not offer to ship anywhere except the USA. When creating the listings I understand the International Shipping will be applied and I do not have to do anything. Is this something the system will update automatically or did I miss a button?

·2 years agoI'm having the same issues. Talked to ebay 2 times and they said they would look into it with no reply. I used used to ship dozens of hockey cards to canada when it was the global shipping program with no issues. Now my listings show up as shipping to USA only. What a bummer! Sales way down

OP2 years agoWhat I figure out is that Auctions are not allowed to use the eBay International Shipping.
I am going to see if I can create a shipping policy just for the Auctions that allow me to accept other International Shipping.

·3 years agoTo demonstrate what I meant by "I regret unticking international shipping for these three listings because there's no option to add back custom shipping once you let eIS take over."

·3 years agoFigured it out. The category I list in is currently restricted for eIS, and the missing option can be brought back via the "See shipping options" button to the right side of the shipping category when creating/revising a listing.

·3 years agoExperiencing the same problem. Contacted live chat, they told me "I'll forward this to the proper department." It's been 8 days and I have yet to receive a response via e-mail as is sometimes the case so I doubt anything was forwarded anywhere.
I have three listings that should trigger eIS but don't,

·3 years agoI don't believe 'Auctions' can be EIS; only BIN??

It certainly looks that way, based on what @stephenmorgan is experiencing. However, according to eBay's Seller Center page, auctions are accommodated.

What happens to my auction item when it exceeds $2,500?
The [international] buyer will not be able to bid beyond $2,500, however domestic buyers and buyers from countries with other shipping services selected will be able to continue bidding for the item.

OP3 years agoI was thinking the same thing since only the Auctions do not get the EIS. I used the sell similar to create the same listing then changed from Auction to Buy it Now and the EIS is available.

OP3 years agoCan not figure it out. Do not see anything to change

OP3 years agoThere must be a button I am missing but I can not find it. Even looking at the listings where the shipping is offered I do not find any different settings.

·3 years agoyou need to turn off international shipping if you want to use eIS
I know it sounds backwards but that is what ebay instructs us to do and it does work
click on NO international shipping and you will be forced into eIS
@stephenmorgan

OP3 years agoI did that. See the last picture I posted, it shows No International Shipping selected. Is there another section I should also mark No International Shipping?

You have two listings in the EIS program
https://www.ebay.com/itm/265821328235
https://www.ebay.com/itm/265821328245
and the Shipping Scanner shows they both ship to "Worldwide", while the remainder ship to "US". Check whether you have any exclusions on this page, and note that you can apply the setting to all listings or only future listings.

OP3 years agoI have 27 Buy it Now listings with the eBay International Shipping showing.
With all the auctions the eBay International Shipping is not offered.
It says within inside the listing creation page that eBay International Shipping is offered but it does not show up on the Active Listing for the buyer to select. I made a Shipping Policy to say No International Shipping and that should have defaulted to eBay International Shipping but this did not work either.
I know when the eBay International Started it was only being offered to a few people at a time. I wonder if after I used it a couple of months ago if the option is turned off for my use?
I am going to print out the listing page of one that has the offer displayed and then compare line by line with a listing that does not have it and see if I can find anything that may be different.

·3 years agoin order for eIS to work you have to make sure you have NO checked off for international shipping in your shipping preferences.
that is how mine is set up and its also what the directions
for eIS tell you to do

OP3 years agoI created a shipping policy and it shows No International Shipping but I still do not get eBay International Shipping to be offered.

·3 years agoCan you give me the link to this page? My shipping preferences page looks entirely different and it's missing that option you have circled "International shipping"
My shipping preferences page looks as so:

·3 years agoI think this answers your question. Global shipping is automatically applied. In the second image it says returns through global shipping are handled by ebay
stephenmorgan
OP3 years agoYep that is what it says during creation of the listing, but the international shipping is not offered on the listing.

·3 years agoYou do have some listings that show EIS.
For example, Item 265821328245. Perhaps some are just taking longer.

OP3 years agoYea I know, I listed them a while ago. The ones I listed yesterday I have not been able to get the eBay International Shipping. It is just the auctions I listed yesterday.
