International Shippers Not Global Shipping Program, Speed PAK or eBay International Standard Deliver
I'm listing a package that will ship internationally that doesn't qualify for GSP, Speed PAK or eBay International Standard Delivery. Any suggestions for a service I could choose? Will that service also handle customs and more for me?

You are registered in the US, so assuming your item is also in the US, GSP (UK only) and SpeedPak (China/Asia only) are not available options.
For US sellers shipping outside the US, eBay International Shipping (eIS) is the only option that may offer the buyer the chance to prepay customs/duty/import fees.
With all other shipping options, including eBay International Standard Delivery (eISD), the buyer will have to pay the import fees before delivery, which is not usually a problem.
