International Shipment not delivered - help

Hi there,

I sold and shipped an item internationally, about 4 weeks ago. Got a message from the buyer saying not delivered yet. Below is the current tracking info. What do I need to do? What will happen automatically with eBay? Thanks so much. Steve Jordan

Since this was a Global Shipping Program package @coololdnvintage , if the buyer is owed a refund that comes from eBay, not from you. The buyer should file an 'item not received' claim. According to tracking, customs pulled the package as it was missing info on the customs form and that falls under GSP responsibility.

Supposedly it's automatically handled by the system, but if you have any issues come back and let us know. You're covered on this and there's an appeals process if the automatic system fails.
