International Buyers stating my listing aren’t available to them
I’m A US seller and I’ve noticed my sales have dropped lately and several buyers are contacting me stating that my items aren’t available to them in other countries. I do ship through EIS program I don’t understand why this is happening? Any ideas?

I’d first check your Shipping Preferences and Exclude Shipping Locations settings. Also check the individual listing or Business Policy, because exclusions can prevent buyers in certain countries from purchasing.
You can check eBay’s official International Selling Policy here, eBay International Selling Policy
If a buyer tells you a specific country isn’t available, ask for the country and item number. That should help determine whether it’s a country restriction or something specific to that listing.

·2 weeks agoNot everything on eBay is allowed to be exported or imported to every country - and if a buyer is in one of those countries where the item is not allowed, they will be blocked from buying the item.
