International Buyer Can't Do Best Offer on Multiple Items of Same Product
An international buyer in Canada wants to make a best offer on multiples of the same item. They can choose 1 item fine, but when they select multiples, then the option to ship to Canada goes away. (It's a small item, so it is not going to exceed weight, cost, dimensions.) Is this a bug in the system, am I misunderstanding something in the process, or is there a workaround? They could make an offer on each item individually, but their international shipping charges I would assume would be excessive because it would not be combined. On my end as the seller, we offer free shipping and would combine their order when we ship to the international shipping hub in Illinois.

·11 months agoBest offer does not work everywhere in the world, if there using ebay.ca and its not working tell them to log into ebay.com and see if best offer works there, best offer has a lot of bugs in it, I have been telling them for 4 years about the problems.
