INR help needed again - how long until I am forced to refund? process unclear to me | Shipping

First INR that I have had that has not been delivered. I've tried researching on my own and cannot find an answer. I have another thread where I received help, but unfortunately, the INR has not been resolved and I need more help. Buyer paid 5/12I shipped 5/13I filed a missing mail claim on 5/22. Buyer opened INR cast 5/25 I uploaded tracking in case 5/25Last USPS tracking updated 5/26 (arrived S Jersey distribution center) It is now 5/29 and tracking has stalled again in S Jersey (second stall in same location)Requests & disputes page says to resolve by 6/1 *If tracking moves again, will that resolve by date extend?*If buyer escalates, do I get a chance to refund at that time or do I automatically get a defect for non response? I am not sure what to do here. Buyer has not responded to any of my messages / updates. I am sure they are frustrated that they haven't received it (rightfully so) and i am frustrated because USPS has not delivered it yet.
