Incorrect delivery date represented to buyers.

This is where ebay gets sellers into trouble with buyers and creates unneeded issues, Buyers see this and expect it as ebay states what is shown to the buyer....how can you state to buyer to expect it on Mar5th if it does not get shipped by Mar6th....it is a marketing con and a ploy to pull buyers in expecting those dates.

If you'd shipped on the 6th it would still make the stated window. EDD are based on carrier times and a seller's average time to ship. You must regularly ship before your stated handling time. If you want the EDD window to be smaller ship slower more often...

No they dont get the seller in trouble with that because its about landing inside that range.

Many sellers ship before their handling time.
