·4 months agoMy understanding is that FedEx will turn around and bill the exporter (seller) if the importer (buyer) does not pay the import charges associated with a shipment.
To verify that, I would check the FedEx website to see if the terms and conditions associated with the shipping method used by the seller are posted.
