Are these domestics parcels? What does your local USPS is saying?
10-16 days is certainly something to look into. While maybe others might be experiencing similar issues, I'll be more concerned on how this is affecting me on my sales and look at how to minimize problems, such as opening a "where is my mail inquiry with USPS" or looking for alternative shipping methods.
