I use the advanced shipping, PDF 8-1/2 x 11, 4x6" but my labels print out 2 x 3" --how do I change?

Although I use the advanced label printing, 4x6" size, but my label prints out at 2x3"--I used to be able to print 4 labels per sheet, 2 on top half and 2 on bottom half. Any way to change this? I am just wasting expensive self-stick paper.

The 2x3" output usually occurs when the system is set to a 4x6" thermal format but printed on an 8.5x11" page with "shrink to fit" enabled.
On the eBay Create Shipping Label page, look for "Print Format".
Update Print Format: Click "Change" and select 8.5 x 11 in.
Save Preferences: Ensure you save these settings; eBay will remember this choice for future labels.
