I paid for a shipping label and when i reenter it wants me to buy another label, bank shows paid

Order: 23-14147-32799 I paid for shipping then it kicked me out, I re entered and it showed I need to pay again.

My bank shows it to be paid. what do i do?

You should be able to reprint the label already purchased. It's one of the Actions available to you on your Sold page for that item.

You can also go to the email address associated with your selling account, and the label you purchased should also have been emailed to you as an attachment to the shipping confirmation message.
