I live in OR buyer is in WA State shipping on her end it shows $22.59 for under a lb???

I have calculated shipping set up on my end and she has standard UPS on her end. Shipping is normally between $8-$10. I'm not sure what the glitch is or how to fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I don't use UPS, but they might have a surcharge due to the package length of 20 inches. USPS does.

EIDT: Did you fix something? Now it's showing $11.10 shipping to the east coast from your location in Oregon.

When I go to that listing and put in a Spokane zip code, the shipping is $8.44 for ups ground. That is the only shipping service I see on your listing, did you give more than one option? Ask her to put that item in her cart, to check if her address is correct and what shipping service it shows her. She can delete the item from her cart if she decides not to buy it.

I see $8.44 to Seattle, not $22.59.

I can see you revised the listing's shipping terms approx 45 min ago, then sold it after that with a best offer. I assume you figured out the problem (perhaps wrong weight/dim on listing?) and resolved it - is that correct @looksy ?

I had her decline my offer then tried to re-enter all shipping info on the listing to see if that would correct the problem. It didnâ€™t. So I sent her a really low offer to compensate for the increased shipping. After she paid, it now shows the same high rate of $21.59 on my end as well. However, USPS rates all look normal $6-$8. Iâ€™m so baffled? ðŸ¤”
