I don't think any smoker grill can be considered a small item. It would be classified as TBTS by me, too big to ship. Larger boxes can take twice as long to arrive. You can look at your purchase history and track the package to see where it is. You can also ask the seller to track the package and ask where it is. If it's lost file a claim with eBay.
