I feel like I'm being way overcharged for shipping labels
I recently sold two items. I know that I (perhaps mistakenly) printed out duplicate labels for one (second) package. However, the fee for labels for this package would be the equivalent of 4.5 labels! For the first package, I'm being charged the equivalent of 8 labels! I know I only printed one label for that package. Any suggestions?

·1 month agoThere is no "fee" per label. The label only costs the actual shipping amount. So, your question is confusing. There is no set price for 4 labels or 8 labels. If I sell 4 items today, each one will have a different shipping cost based on the weight & package dimensions of each item, plus the distance the buyer is from me. Printing labels is free.
If you accidentally purchased one or more that you won't use, @krazzykats is correct, just cancel the label, however be aware that it takes approx 3 weeks for the USPS to refund you.
If you feel you are being incorrectly charge, double check all your selections. Make sure your dimensions are correct & rounded up, double check you weight & the packaging choice that you made. In general, 'flat rate' boxes & packaging are much more expensive than going by weight & dimensions.

·1 month ago@macur7535 That's confusing..."equivalent of 4.5 labels/equivalent of 8 labels". There really isn't a "fee" per se, you are just paying the current cost of the "Shipping". When referencing to "equivalency" are you talking about the single cost attached to Shipping the item based on Dimensions and Weight and Zone or what. P.S. Mistakenly purchasing a Label can easily be resolved through the "Cancel Label" function on your Shipping Labels Manager Page. On Seller Hub under the "Orders" Tab click Shipping Labels in the dropdown to get there. Printing/Reprinting doesn't cost a thing though "I (perhaps mistakenly) printed out". "Purchasing" does.
