Any policy that is attached to active listings and stored templates cannot be deleted until that listing/template is assigned to a new policy. Depending on whether a seller has active listings/templates, they may need to create new policies before they can delete the old ones.

·2 years agoYou can go to shipping preferences here under your selling preferences:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
That is where you can govern the settings for shipping. See if that helps you. I don't see a way to reset it to default or clear current settings directly, other than set them how you want. Though you could start a new account, if nothing else to see what the settings default to when its a fresh account.
But that's a PITA way to do it I suppose.
