how to file a claim on missing or damaged ebay standard envelope...how???
one of my customers did not receive his item sent with the new eBay standard envelope and another received an empty envelope with the contents missing. How to I file a claim on them? The automated assistant is really a waste of time and no where are there instructions on how to do it. I have several missing and in the past I have just refunded the money, but it is getting expensive and since eBay says "insurance included" I figure there has to be a way.

Filing a claim
If you believe your envelope was lost in shipping, you'll need to wait 30 days to file a claim. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the date the shipping label was created.
You can reduce the amount of the claim if your shipment was only partially lost or damaged, however the claim amount cannot be more than the item's sold price.
