How to download a 4" x 6" shipping label?
I've spent hours trying to download a 4" x 6" shipping label for my thermal printer. I get 3 options... "Save QR code", "Print Label" or "Download Label". The download is the label taking up 1/2 of an 8.5" x 11" type page. Years ago, I used to be able to select a size when I purchased a label. Now, I have to take a screenshot and print that. Has anyone solved this in 2025? I'd rather not resort to options outside of eBay. This should be so simple, am I missing something?

On desktop, before you purchase the label you must click the option in upper right "Switch to advanced shipping", then the various print format options are available on that page (in lower right). I could then choose 4" x 6" for my thermal printer. Note: The switch option is next to "Get labels in bulk". Perhaps either option works.
As was mentioned, you can NOT change the print format after you've purchased the label.
Hope this clarifies for others.

On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded (text is slightly different from below screenshot - it now says 'switch to advanced shipping'):
When your shipping options are expanded:
If you're using bulk labels:
If you're using the app:

With bulk label printing there's an option to select a different label size on the pop-up confirmation that appears when you go to pay for the labels. With single labels I think the option is somewhere around the bottom right. Look for small-ish font, underlined blue text like a standard hyperlink.
