How to do a refund for postage when buyer paid separately for 2 auctions. I am combining shipping.
The buyer won an auction but also bought another item as buy it now. In both instances the buyer paid for shipping. I am combining all the items into 1 package and this saved the buyer several dollars. How do I refund the buyer? How do I show the combined items are shipped?

·3 years agoDon't do it unless you get permission from the buyer! The buyer may have had a reason for making separate purchases.

·3 years agoI used to tuck the cash back into the package and send a quick note to buyer

Click "Orders awaiting Shipping"
Hover over 'left side' where it says 'print label'; a drop down will appear; click 'refund
Refund 'just the amount you want to refund'
When printing the label- print for 1 of the items
After it's printed, go to the OTHER item, hover over left side where it again, says 'print label' and drop down will appear- click 'add tracking'- then follow prompts.
