How to cancel shipping label?
A buyer purchased an item from me and I generated a shipping label, paid from my funds, after that the buyer contacted me and lives near by and wants to come pick it up in person. I dont see a way to cancel the label, is this possible?

·1 week ago · Edited@ericodapro If the listing was not set up for pick up, you do not want to do a pick up. You can let the buyer know you will cancel the sale and they can rebuy if they want once you change the listing to local pick up.
There won't be anything that tells eBay you got the item to the buyer without a pick up code should you go through with what the buyer wants to do. You cannot generate one after the sale. If you go forward with this, eBay will assume you did not ship the order and that will hurt your metrics. You could manually mark the item shipped, but without any tracking there won't be any protection for you. Your buyer could open an item not recieved claim and get their money back. There won't be anything you can do about it. Bad move, my friend.
Edit: At that almost $500 price tag that is exactly what they are trying to do. Get the card, then screw you over in a week or two by saying they never got it. You will lose any case and will have to refund them. Do not do this!!!

·1 week agoGo to Seller Hub, Orders, Shipping Labels, find the transaction, cancel the label, choose best applicable reason, and then when picked up, find the order under Orders, Paid and Shipped, and then mark it as shipped. However, you will not have a tracking number and eBay cannot protect if you for any returns.
