How to ask for a refund on an unused shipping label

HI. We lost our printers and now have to resort to using QR codes to take to the post office to mail items to buyers. So, this morning I created a label, but it would only print without a QR code and I had to repeat the process again to ask for a QR code. I did get it and the package is on its way.

Now, I would like to cancel the unused label and get a refund, but I don't know how to get to that. Can anyone help me out?

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
