How I do have combined shipping applied across all listings
Hello hi. Before I start I need to clarify no I am NOT talking about invoicing and I'm not talking about making a separate listing.
How do I have combined shipping discounts apply across all listings and all purchases automatically. I've been selling for years and I am tired of customers asking if I combine shipping and then they don't purchase anything when I explain how it works.
I have my listings set up so it's 5.99 shipping and a dollar extra for each additional purchase. But the discount doesn't apply if a buyer purchases the second comic from a different listing. I know this can be done; a friend of mine has purchased comics from a seller who somehow has the discount set up. The eBay instructions on how to do this don't help at all. I've called eBay multiple times and the reps can't explain it to me. Please, can someone explain it to me.

·9 months agoHi @squiggys-dugout . Go to Account Settings > Shipping Preferences and set up combined shipping rules.
Once those rules are created you need to edit your listings (or your shipping policies if you use biz policies) and apply that rule to desired listings (policies).
